Always good enhanced with chopped ONION, sliced MUSHROOMS, seasoned lightly with black pepper, garlic powder, and a bit of Country Crock margarine (or salt free butter). Sauté, Grill, or Roast to your liking! Asparagus are packed with vitamins and nutrients that offer amazing health benefits including Fiber, Folate, Vitamins A, C, and K ....except when you visit the restroom just after lunch!! The after meal smell in your urine is totally normal, but can be a bit embarrassing, to say the least! Have no shame with your veggie game!!
